MyGig Transport

Privacy policy

In short: this website collects nothing about you. If you email us, we use what you send to reply to you.

Effective October 13, 2026

What this website collects

Nothing. The site has no accounts, forms, comments, cookies, analytics, advertising, or third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds. Everything on the page is served from our own server.

Our web server does not keep access logs of visits. Like any website, your connection reaches us through the internet, so your network provider and our hosting provider can see that a connection was made. We don't use that information to identify or track visitors.

If you email us

When you write to transport@mygigtransport.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and to carry out any work you ask us to do.

We keep a message for as long as we need it for that purpose, or as the law requires. Our email is run by a third-party email hosting provider, which stores messages on our behalf and does not use them for its own purposes.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your personal information.
  • We don't share it for advertising.
  • We don't build profiles of visitors.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to the address above. We will answer within 45 days. We apply this to everyone, wherever you live.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No system can promise perfect security, but because we collect so little, there is little to lose.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If we ever add anything that collects information from visitors, we will update this page before we do.
